Hours
You can pick up any time during our hours of operation, but we
do ask that you drop off at least 30 minutes before we close to
give us plenty of time to get your pet settled in. We understand
that you want to spend every last possible minute with your
animal before dropping them off, however, please do not show
up right at closing time to check your animal in. Please allow us
time to get all the information we need so that we can take the
best care of your loved one.
Please allow plenty of time when you are checking in. We apologize for
any waiting that you have to do but we want to get the correct and
accurate information on every animal with us and that means not
rushing through the check in process. Also, during the holidays and
our busy hours (first thing in the morning and right before closing)
there will usually be a lot of people checking in and/or picking their
loved one up which means that you might have to wait longer then
usual. If you are in a hurry and need to be able to run in the office and
check in or pick your animal up, please call first so that we can get the
paperwork together and get any information that we need over the
phone. If you are a new customer, please allow up to 15-20 minutes for
check in and if a regular customer, please allow 5-10 minutes for
check in. Of course, keep in mind that this will vary depending on if it
is a holiday or peak season time.
