HOLIDAY HOURS 2016

We do maintain a cancellation policy during the holidays. We will call to
confirm your reservation and exact drop off and pick up dates around two
weeks prior to the holiday. Over Thanksgiving and Christmas, we must have
a valid credit card number (even for regular customers) to hold your spot.
Your credit card will not be charged, it is simply to hold your spot and will
only be used if you fail to follow our cancellation policy. You must cancel at
least 5 days prior to your scheduled drop off date. If you fail to cancel 5
days prior to your drop off date or do not show, your credit card will be
charged for a 3 nights stay.  If you do not wish to give a credit card
number, you can send in $63.00 (full price for 3 nights stay) as your
deposit. If you give a credit card number and fail to meet our cancellation
policy, we will charge that credit card a full three night stay or if you sent
in cash or check, we will keep it for our cancellation policy. Otherwise cash
or check will be applied to your boarding fee. Also, if you pick up two or
more days prior to your scheduled and confirmed pick up date, you will have
to pay for the entire stay you booked with us. We have had to implement
this policy due to the rising amount of no shows and/or last minute schedule
changes during holidays.

***Be sure to label ANY and All belongings that you bring with you pets.*** If you don't label your
belongings then we will mark them with your last name. Please try to limit the number of items that you
bring to a maximum of 3 toys, normal amount of treats/chew bones and 1 washable bedding item (we do
provide beds and bedding). Please keep in mind that over holidays we are at full capacity which
guarantees non-stop excitement and entertainment for your dog(s) simply from all their new friends!! We
just ask that you help us by only sending a reasonable amount of toys and treats/bones!! Please
remember that we are here to make sure you feel good about leaving your animal with us and we will do
everything to make sure your pet is happy during their vacation with us!

***WE HAVE FOOD AND WATER BOWLS HERE SO PLEASE DON'T BRING ANY BOWLS FROM HOME.
ALSO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY GLASS OR BREAKABLE BOWLS/ITEMS!!!***

Please look carefully at our holiday hours as they change during holidays. We shorten our office
hours during these busy times in order to have more time to give your pet the best possible care.
When the office is closed, we have more time to give your pet the individual attention that they
need to keep them happy and comfortable while spending the holidays with us. Thank you for your
understanding.
