We have a 5 day cancellation policy for boarding over holidays. You must cancel at least 5 days prior to your scheduled drop off date. If you fail to cancel 5 days prior to your drop off date or do not show, your credit card will be charged for a 3 nights stay. If you do not wish to give a credit card number, you can send in $54.00 (full price for 3 nights stay) as your deposit. If you give a credit card number and fail to meet our cancellation policy, we will charge that credit card a full three night stay or if you sent in cash or check, we will keep it for our cancellation policy. Otherwise cash or check will be applied to your boarding fee. |

| Please look carefully at our holiday hours as they change during holidays. We shorten our office hours during these busy times in order to have more time to give your pet the best possible care. When the office is closed, we have more time to give your pet the individual attention that they need to keep them happy and comfortable while spending the holidays with us. Thank you for your understanding. |
| ***We have limited the brands of dog and cat food that we carry. So, please call ahead to make sure that we have the brand of food that your pet eats or if one of the brands we do offer is okay with you to feed your loved one. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DOG OR CAT HAS A SENSITIVE OR NERVOUS STOMACH. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FOOD TO ENSURE NO UPSET TUMMIES!!! |
