Saturday November 29th:
Open 10:00am to 12:00pm and
4:00pm to 6:00pm
CHRISTMAS:

Tuesday December 23rd:
OPEN ONLY 8:00am to 4:00pm

Wednesday December 24th:
CLOSED

Open 10:00am to 4:00pm
NEW YEARS:

Wednesday December
31st:

We have a 5 day cancellation policy.  
You must cancel at least 5 days prior
to your scheduled drop off date. If you
fail to cancel 5 days prior to your drop
off date or do not show, your credit
card will be charged for a 3 nights
stay.  If you do not wish to give a credit
card number, you can send in $54.00
(full price for 3 nights stay) as your
deposit. If you give a credit card
number and fail to meet our
cancellation policy, we will charge that
credit card a full three night stay or if
you sent in cash or check, we will keep
it for our cancellation policy.
Otherwise cash or check will be
applied to your boarding fee.

RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN
ORDER TO RESERVE A SPOT FOR YOUR PET. IF
YOU CALL AT THE LAST MINUTE FOR A
RESERVATION OVER A HOLIDAY, WE WILL
USUALLY HAVE TO PUT YOU ON A WAITING
LIST, THIS ALSO IMPLIES TO OUR REGULAR
CUSTOMERS!!!***
At the moment, we only have a cancellation policy for
Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, due to the
unmanageable number of no shows and last minute
cancellations for other peak season times and holidays this
past year, we will be starting a cancellation policy or
minimum stay for all peak times and holidays. This new
policy will be implemented soon and we will let you know
when these new policies will take effect. This is so we can
plan properly to insure the best care for your pet. Thank you
